It is for this reason we specialise in providing whole lamb, pig or chicken cooked on our traditional manuka wood fired or gas fired spits.

The Rakich family have been spit roasting meat in New Zealand for generations after bringing this cooking method with them from Croatia.
One thing our family understood, what better way to bring family and friends together than to celebrate a life occasion with great food and drink.
